1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and surrounding areas.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, strikes, extreme weather, or courier delays beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
You will receive a call or SMS from courier once the order is dispatched

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available to receive and pay at the time of delivery. Repeated COD refusals without valid reason may result in COD restrictions for that address.
